• The United Arab of Emirates is our residence and the applicable law is the local law.
• Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex and Western Union in US dollars and local currencies. We only accept prepaid cash in some countries and we do not adopt the cash-on delivery method.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
• The Website's Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Delivery and shipping policy

• Neelwafurat.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab of Emirates.
• Once the payment is done, the customers shall receive the payment confirmation via email.
• The details of the order shall be sent by email and customers can track the delivery time by clicking on the “My account” icon.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be solely made with debit/credit cards or PayPal.
• Kindly note that when purchasing in cash or via Western Union, the paid amount or the remaining amount will not be refunded back to the customer due to the cost of remittance. Instead, it will be added to his balance to use in his future orders.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

• The wrong product was sent.
• The product was defective or damaged in shipping.
• Customers can cancel their orders if they’re still in “the process stage” meaning if the books are still in the “requested” status as books cannot be cancelled if they are in the “available” status or the “forwarded” one.
